Email is rubbish. Unfortunately I do send an awful lot of email (though not mass cc'ing)

using the 'shock & awe' method works.. replying to all with something offensive & attaching horrific images general stop this type of activity.

or I submit my friends email address to a Anti-Spam provider. That'll learn them!
