Bayon blues

Photo Description

One of my favourite places in the Angkor Wat temple complex is the Bayon temple, a structure composed of hundreds of genial face sculptures who are, surprisingly, not a representation of Buddha, but one of King Suryavarman II.

It might be a little conceited, but it makes it no less peaceful and calming.
