The Category known as Vox Blog Archive
So I'm thinking about moving my personal blog to my own domain, alex.leonard.ie, for no major reason but it feels like it's the right thing to do.
I've had a few people mention the fact that they have to join vox to comment here, and I don't want to think that I'm excluding anyone 
Also, I have that domain name sitting their idle and it feels like a waste.
So I went looking for a method of exporting my blog posts from Vox and lo and behold one doesn't exist. It's a bit of a shame – I didn't realise my posts would be locked in here, so I'm faced with two options.
- Wait until the Vox team create an export function.
- Go through every post on this blog manually, copying and pasting it over to my own domain.
Neither option is ideal really, as I don't know when option 1 might happen, and option 2, well, copying and pasting over 200 blog posts might take a while..
Any suggestions anyone? I'd be planning on keeping this vox account so that I can comment on my neighbours vox's, but other than that I think I'd be doing everything else over on my own domain, and would love to see some people from vox drop a comment in on occassion!

What do you love about where you live?

I love the fact that I'm in the middle of nowhere. Very peaceful and quiet. Lots of space, and cheap!
Here's a photo taken from the back of our house nearing dusk. All we have to see is a lot of fields, which is nice.

Garagghghhhgh.
I'm going to have a private rant with you, my neighbours, because this way no one else knows anything about this.
I'm really really ticked off with my girlfriend at the moment. I've offered to help her with all her typing work for college, which has resulted, firstly, in me having to type 3 x 20,000 word essays, and secondly, and much worse, for me to have to type these as she composes them because she hasn't done the work in time.
It would probably be fine if she didn't constantly snap at me for the slightest errors and gesticulate wildly in a rough direction of the screen shouting "Write it there, THERE!"
I'm way to mild mannered for this and am finding it incredibly difficult to deal with her crazily high tension and stress levels.
None of this is helped by multiple work deadlines and her failure to express any appreciation for my efforts in typing for 20 hours on Saturday and Sunday, and then getting only 4 hours sleep before a major meeting with a board of directors presenting a website progress report.
Seriously pissed off at the moment. Right now I am researching 5 essays for her while she cooks some food because she was getting too frustrated.
Gargh.

I would think he definitely is not right in the decisions he makes – that decision he made to accept £450,00 in brown envelopes was probably pretty wrong.
