Recently I decided that I really needed to be getting out taking photos more often. Having seen the advent of photo walks all over the world I figured the best encouragement for me was to just start a regular one here in Phnom Penh.
Some web sites clearly have users with proper internet connections in their mind. Those of us in Cambodia definitely aren’t part of that equation.
It’s a toasty 31 degrees here today, and well, it doesn’t feel overly Christmassy, but we’ve made sure to make up for that by eating copious amounts of good food Hope you have a great day where-ever in the world you are!

Today is the first day of my 34th year (being that I am 33 today, I believe that makes it my 34th year) and I awoke to a new experience in the receipt of gifts in celebration of this day.
So yesterday a big group of us, about 30 or so, arrived in Siem Reap yesterday afternoon and went to our hotel, Golden Banana. It’s fantastic, lovely pools, comfortable rooms, good food. Last night Los Poporks played a fantastic gig in the city centre and today we’ve all just been hanging out round the pool. [...]
