Book: Show us a book you started reading but never finished.
Ulysses (Penguin Modern Classics)
This is an incredible book. Can I say that when I haven’t actually finished it?
I think so. I’ve started this book about 5 times, and each time I start from the beginning and read a little further than the last time.
Each time I’ve started I have found that I love the book more and more. The language is amazing. Though difficult, it’s highly rewarding reading, and each sentence is lush and fabulous.
I highly recommend this even though I’ve never finished it. I do plan on finishing it, sometime, but it could take a few more years.. I have to start from the beginning again after all.
