A film I was working on for the first half of the year has just shown at the Galway film festival. It's called The Beekeeper's Son and I don't currently have a copy of the finished film to show to you.
However, the film did get a good mention in today's copy of the Irish Times:
Elsewhere, the festival hosted the usual busy array of special events and short-film programmes. Highlights of the latter included Jamie Hannigan's seductive The Beekeeper's Son , a beautifully photographed tale of loss and regeneration.
So I'm pretty pleased about that. I'll get a copy up on You Tube as soon as I can.
